How do I set up a new account?

How do I submit an order?

If this is your first reader with us or are changing the material in a previously submitted reader, please contact us for information at or 800.934.9313.

If you are using the same exact course reader as a previous reader, just fill out the order form and send it to us, making certain to list the semester and year of the previous course reader.

When do I submit my order?

There is no true “deadline” to submit an order. Orders can be placed at any time of the year.

How long does it take?

Most course readers are processed and completed between 2 to 4 weeks. Once you submit your order, a more accurate estimate can be given. Generally, we advise you submit at least two weeks before you want your Course Readers to be available.

How is the cost determined?

Cost is composed of two factors – production costs and copyright royalties. Production costs vary depending on size, type of binding, and other special production specifications. Due to our volume, we are able to offer students some of the best production pricing in the industry. Copyright royalties, however, are less predictable. While most copyright owners have become more consistent on fees, we can only estimate the cost based on publisher and previous use of the same or similar materials.
